Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Thank you for choosing JAL Strategic Intervention. To provide the best possible service, please review the following booking policies. Appointments: Sessions are available by appointment only. Clients may book in-home or online sessions through the website, email, or phone. Payment: Payment is due before or at the time of the session unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's appointment. If the counsellor is delayed, the full session time will be provided whenever possible. In-Home Services: A parent or legal guardian must be present or available during the visit unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure the environment is safe and suitable for the session. Online Sessions: Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space. A secure Zoom link will be provided before the session. Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards, except where disclosure is required by law.
